Ickes has served in various institutional research and assessment capacities over the last thirteen years. Her recent research interests have focused on studying how students interpret student learning outcomes particularly in the context of the Lumina Foundation’s Degree Qualifications Profile (DQP), and the developing role of institutional research in higher education.
