Zotero has quite a number of cool features:

Add one of 8,000 styles to your Zotero library,
Annotate your PDFs within Zotero.
Create Annotated Bibliographies within Zotero,
De-Dup your citations,
Link to LVC Full-Text,
Tag your citations (and find them faster!).
Within Word--use Zotero to place in-text citations and create a bibliography in your Word doc.
