Research Modules, Tutorials, Videos for Faculty

Credo's Information Literacy Core provides videos, tutorials and quizzes which teach students core research skills.  They offer faculty quality instructional resources that may be embedded into Canvas.

Credo's IL Core consists of videos,  tutorials, and quizzes that cover information literacy and writing a research paper.   From these tutorials, your students will learn how to:

• Choose a topic, develop a theses question
• Discern what type of information is most appropriate for their needs
• Select appropriate sources
• Search for information successfully
• Evaluate information
• Utilize information properly
• Cite sources

Additionally, Credo IL Core:

• May be embedded into Canvas;
• Is ADA compliant;
• Follows the Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL) Information Literacy Standards;
• Accommodates multiple learning styles through the use of video, graphics, text, audio.
