Where Should I Begin?

Credo Reference is an excellent starting point--providing over 800 full-text reference sources.

The reference sources listed on this page provide the following types of information:

  • Reliable background information;
  • Criticism;
  • Articles written by subject experts;
  • Dates, timelines, events, people, definitions related to your topic;
  • Biographical information;
  • A list of further readings, normally found at the end of encyclopedia articles.  Use these references as springboards for further research.

Find additional reference sources by searching LVC Books.  Run your search first.  In the facets piece off to the left, choose location, main level to focus your results in reference sources.
