Faculty Scholarship at LVC

Description of the Faculty Celebration

Celebrate the scholarship and pedagogy of LVC faculty during the week of
February 14-20, 2016 at Bishop Library.

Throughout the week, faculty members' work will be on display in the atrium of the library.The works on display include the following types of scholarship and pedagogy created during the last year to present: 

  • Articles (both journal articles and website articles)
  • Books (this includes book chapters and forewords written by faculty)
  • Conference papers
  • Presentations
  • Posters
  • Manuscripts

Join us for Mrs. Megan Potteiger's presentation: What is SOTL? (Scholarship of Teaching and Learning) on Wednesday, February 17 at 3:30 p.m. in Neidig-Garber 203. Mrs. Potteiger is the Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning/Educational Technology.

Join us for a Faculty Scholarship Social on Thursday, February 18 at 4 p.m. at Bishop Library. The event will showcase some of the diverse scholarship our faculty create.
