Dr. Fink teaches human anatomy, pharmacology, differential diagnosis, and selected physical therapy practice topics: high velocity low amplitude thrust grade V mobilizations module and musculoskeletal ultrasound module. His research interests include factors impacting physical therapists predominating using manual therapy techniques, scapular mobility, knee injury prevention programs, and the diagnostic utility of musculoskeletal ultrasound & electromyography. Clinical practice areas include orthopedics and sports medicine.

Her research interests include the impact of community-based fitness programs on children with disabilities, exercise in children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and health promotion across the lifespan. Clinical practice area is pediatrics, specifically an inclusive preschool setting.

Professionally, Dr. Walko has practiced physical therapy in acute care, inpatient rehab, home health, and outpatient settings (Holy Spirit Healthcare System and Guthrie Healthcare System) with a concentration in treating patients in intensive care units. One of only nine Pennsylvania physical therapists with APTA certification in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy, Dr. Walko teaches exercise science, cardiovascular-pulmonary physical therapy, clinical examination, and pharmacology in rehabilitation. His research interests include long-term exercise program compliance following hospitalization, exercise prescription for patients in the ICU, and optimizing instruction of cardiovascular and pulmonary physical therapy to future clinicians.
